CPR/AED/First Aid Certification Course

CPR/AED/First Aid Certification Course

This course is for anyone looking to receive or renew their two year certification.

I can come to your home, office or any other space to train you, family members, employees etc.

Must be 15 years or older to apply. Ages 12-14 may take the online and in-class course if an adult is present, and the child has the cognitive and physical ability to complete the course/tests.

Meets OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health)/workplace requirements as long as you sign-up for the blended learning course including an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skill session.

First step

All details such as time, date, and certification will be discussed in the application.

You will receive an email with the time and date letting you know when the course will start and end. This email will provide you with the address where the in-class portion will be held.

Attached to this email will be information that will allow you to login to your Red Cross account. Here you will take the online portion of the class. The online portion does take some time to complete. I would give yourself a week to complete the online portion. This is not a “do it the night before,” type of online course.

Please take a screenshot or print out proof of your online completion. Show this when you enter the in-class portion of the course.

In-Class

During the class portion we will discuss, review and physically participate in each section of the on-line course. After, there will be tests taken.

You will have completed the class after successfully passing the final tests. You will receive a digital certificate valid for two years in an email one or two weeks later.

If you feel ill or have been near someone who tested positive for COVID-19, and you have not been tested, please do not come to class. We will reschedule another time to complete your certification.

Masks must be worn due to COVID-19. Please bring sanitation wipes, a bottle of water and a snack. We’ll have a 15 minute break during the in-class portion.

“We feel more people should train CPR, as evidence shows proper CPR saves lives. We’d like to do our part by teaching CPR to as many people as possible.”
