Apartment Complex Training

You, friends and family members can train one on one or join a group class in your apartment complex! The first couple of classes we will start off by learning about mechanics. It is important to understand how to move correctly without causing injury. Classes will progress into strength training and cardio. I will incorporate movements that will help heal injuries. Any other goals and movements you are interested in we will add into the class. You can choose between 30 and 60 minute sessions.

  • One on one personal training (scaled pricing)
  • Classes consisting of 2-6 participants:
    • Class package of 12 sessions include:
      • Below can be changed and fit to your needs
      • Tailored to beginner, intermediate or elite clientele
    • Post therapy and Mechanic Building
    • Weight Lifting
    • Tabata
    • HIIT
    • Bodyweight/Plyometrics
    • Olympic Lifting and Cardio
    • Bands and Cables

Group Training

  • Group of 2-3 People
  • Group class at your home, office or my gym
  • Classes will consist of:
    • Post Physical Therapy and Stretching
    • Body Weight, Bands, Strength and Mechanic Training
    • Other training options such as Olympic Lifting or HIIT can be added into your workout
